asterisk users - Nov 2004 - E&M timing

I am looking for a explanation as to the definition of these
parameters:

A variety of timing parameters can be specified as well
 Including:
    prewink:     Pre-wink time
    preflash:    Pre-flash time
    wink:        Wink time
    flash:       Flash time
    start:       Start time
    rxwink:      Receiver wink time
    rxflash:     Receiver flashtime
    debounce:    Debounce timing

and also is there a way to specify DTMF on and Offtimes:  I.E. send the
dtmf for 50 milliseconds and then wait 50 milliseconds then send the
next digit.
