asterisk users - Oct 2004 - Fax passthrough

I am trying to use asterisk to send faxes in a pass through mode.  I am
using the sipura SPA-3000 device and sip.  I am terminating using IAX2
through voicepulse.  Voicepulse is configured to g711 ulaw, and the sipura
is configured to use g711 as well.  Does anyone have a suggestion on
specific settings that will make the fax capability more reliable.
