Hello All, We are choosing right now good Internet provider in Eastern Cost (Washington DC metro) for our voice communication up to India (Bangalore/VSNL) and Ukraine (UTEL). They are both can provide to us dedicated T1 circuit, with Class Of Service and Quality of Service settings. India side goes with CoS and QoS as well. Can any one suggest which is better for this choice? -- Thanks and regards, Vasyl Rublyov

At&T by far on IP quality, We once had a Sprint DS3 on a 100 meg man link. After 5 months of inadequate service, Sprint had 9 engineers trying to tell me that it was my problem I never got a faster download than 3megabit versus a 9 meg link that absolutely screamed from at&t. Never again will I use Sprint for an IP connection. They oversell many times their bandwidth and the service sucks if there is a problem. I prefer UUNet, but would take AT&T over Sprint 7 days out of the week... W.
