Usually we get this error "cdr_mysql: Unknown connection error" early in the morning when the first call tries to get logged into the database. The result of course is that the call does not get logged. But all calls after that get logged fine for the rest of the day. This happens on ALL our servers and on all MySQL databases used in our network. The code in cdr_addon_mysql.c points to the use of the "mysql_ping" function to keep the connection alive...but something is definitely going wrong when the connection is idle for a few hours. Any ideas? I am sure we are not the only ones experiencing this. Any MySQL gurus here? -- Andres Network Admin http://www.telesip.net
