As stated by OEJ in one of his old posts, using 's' is not a good thing
for
CDRs. Instead, you can try something like this to get the correct CDR.
exten => _XXX,1,Macro(extensip,${EXTEN})
[macro-extensip]
exten => s,1,goto(dialout,${ARGV1})
[dialout]
exten => _X.,1,Dial(SIP/<extension>,10)
