I have a need to purchase a 2-4 port FXO gateway for use with *. I have no PCI slots left in my * machine so I can't use a X100P. So what is the best FXO gateway to get? Thanks, Scott

A cisco 1760 router, with a pair of dual FXO cards in it will work fine. We've been using a couple of these for years, and they're quite reliable, sound good, and behave themselves with Asterisk, using SIP. Not the cheapest, perhaps, but a good choice. If you want to save money, buy a used Cisco 2600 router, and use the same dual FXO cards, they're just as good. -Brian
