is there a way for app queue to put into CDR statistics that would indicate how long the user had waited in the queue? and is there a way to make app queue to first try to ring the agents and start music on hold only when they are all talking to other callers? right now I have it like this exten => 101, 1, Answer exten => 101, 2, Queue( phila) the line is answered and musiconhold plays. thanks -- Anton Yurchenko<phila@dg.net.ua> Digital Generation
