Hello. I suspect the answer is no, but I'll ask anyway. Commercial phone systems have phones with multiple extension buttons e.g. 20, that can be programmed so that when you press one, it will call the extension. Is there any 'open' phone that can do this with asterisk, does an 'open' phone even exist. Further to that, commercial phone systems have a operators switchboard. This can have 100, 200 or 300 buttons that will call extensions. Again. is there an 'open' system that is asterisk compatible. What do people use to deploy to businesses, that are used to having the above systems ? Obviously, companies are used to having these extra features. One thing I had thought of was to get a serial connected keyboard with red/green lights on each key. I have seen them in the past but can't find them now. dave -- Dave Weis "I believe there are more instances of the abridgment djweis@sjdjweis.com of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations."- James Madison
