The phone itself doesn't have a modem. Also the throughput should only be about 9600-14400, and below the quality for a SIP call. Why wouldn't you just have asterisk take the SIP call and dial out to the cell phone as a standard phone call? -- Steven Critchfield <critch@basesys.com>
