Our aim is to provide debuginfo pkgs for every rpm, not only for the
kernel. But it might take a day or two to get them all online - at the
moment the servers and mirrors are all max'ed out serving out the 4.2
release.
The debuginfo packages are not hosted on mirror.centos.org ( to save
mirror space ) - they are hosted at http://vault.centos.org/debuginfo/
