Try to start Asterisk with debug turned on. Make sure you have
in /etc/asterisk/logger.conf the following line:
console => debug,notice,warning,error
Then start Asterisk with "-vvvvcd".
Send the screen log of the session.
Also a backtrace on the core would help.
