I [1]reported a problem on 5-April-2005 about a problem with the 4.0p1 version and remote port forwarding to SSH 2.4.0 servers. I provided a patch for the problem but [2]was told that no more patches were being considered until 4.1 was released and that I should attach my patch to a new Bugzilla bug. This [3]I did. Is there any chance it will be included in the next release? 1. http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=openssh-unix-dev&m=111266548525108&w=2 2. http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=openssh-unix-dev&m=111287737706979&w=2 3. http://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1012 -- David Rothenberger spammer? -> spam at daveroth.dyndns.org GPG/PGP: 0x7F67E734, C233 365A 25EF 2C5F C8E1 43DF B44F BA26 7F67 E734 Events are not affected, they develop. -- Sri Aurobindo

Please stay tuned for messages from Bugzilla. If the patch needs tweaking, then you (or someone else with ssh.com sshd) will need to retest. -d
