openssh unix dev - Jan 2003 - Dynamic Link Library for SSH Protocol?

Hi everyone,

	While not 100% on topic, I was wondering if anyone had tried making any of the
openssh client protocol exportable as
loadable modules?
If this could be accomplished, perhaps it would easier to migrate existing ftp
[read: gui] applications over to
utilizing ssh/sftp....

Just a thought.

the ssh code is not ready for that.

for sftp it's not hard if you can exec ssh from
your code.  you can also share lots of code with
our sftp client.
