openssh unix dev - Sep 2002 - Makefile error 3.3p1 on Cygwin

Not sure if it is a typo in the latest (3.3p1) release I downloaded but the
Makefile needs '-lcrypt' for the crypt libraries to be used. By defacto
it
only has -lcrypto which may/may not be needed/type.
