Hi There I downloaded a copy of already compiled version of Openssh for Solaris 8 from sunfreeware.com and had some problem of trying to start it. No matter which program I tried to start e.g. ssh, sshd, ssh-agent, ssh-keygen etc etc. It always come back with an error message "PRNG initialisation failed -- exiting." My system is SUN E3500 with Solaris 8 10/00. Can anyone suggest a solution ??? Please email me as I have no access to the mail group. ---- Stanley Chan Principal System Administrator Ph 617-38771016 Fax 617-38771120 E-Mail chans at goldencasket.com Snail Golden Casket Lottery Corp. 87 Ipswich Rd. Grab a copy of the source and get it from there, or just compile and install from source entirely. -- Richard Silverman slade at shore.net
