I installed SYSLINUX 4.00-pre32 with the extlinux installer (FAT32 partition): $ sudo ./extlinux/extlinux --install "/media/NANO PRO/" [sudo] password for gert: /media/NANO PRO/ is device /dev/sdb1 The update function still doesn't work on FAT32: $ sudo ./extlinux/extlinux --update "/media/NANO PRO/" /media/NANO PRO/ is device /dev/sdb1 ./extlinux/extlinux: no previous extlinux boot sector found Booting the drive in qemu: $ sudo qemu -boot c -hda /dev/sdb It still can't find the extlinux.conf file: EXTLINUX 4.00 4.00-pre32 EBIOS Copyright (C) 1994-2010 H.
