The module tries to access the files in the current directory.

Thanks Sebastian for this patch.
I've been opening a contributor repository in sync with hpa's master.
My contrib repo is made for housing contributor's patches before
inclusion in hpa's master.
I did that repo as an helper, its role is just saving hpa's time.
