Syslinux - May 2002 - SYSLINUX 1.73-pre10 is release candidate

I am hoping to release 1.73-pre10 as 1.73; so I would appreciate it if 
people could give me feedback on it before too long.

Also, 1.73 will be the *last* version of SYSLINUX which is compilable 
with NASM 0.98.  Future versions will require NASM 0.98.31 or later.
