Summary: Add Menu#get_h_menu
Initial Comment:
On windows there is a wxMenu::GetHMenu(), which returns the handle of the menu
for the user to do some platform-specific operations.
To add this method, in swig/classes/include/wxMenu.h, insert into line 43:
#ifdef __WXMSW__
long GetHMenu() { return (long)m_hMenu; }
#endif
The attach file contains the modified wxMenu.h and a simple test.
