Hi NSD users,
We are currently in the process of cleaning up our ./configure options.
This means that DNS extensions that have become a standard cannot be
disabled anymore in the future: The options --disable-nsid,
- --disable-dnssec, --disable-tsig will be removed.
We are still in doubt if we should remove --disable-nsec3. If you turn
off NSEC3, it saves you roughly 20% memory usage.
We would like to know if anybody is still using this option? If so, we
would like to hear your motivation.
Thanks,
Matthijs
