I am using Sun D 1.3 on Solaris 10 5/09 s10x_u7wos_08, and am seeing the following error: ... dtrace -G -32 -x nolibs -s $topdir/ompi/dtrace/mpi_provider.d ... libtool: link: cc -G -h mca_pml_ob1.so -o .libs/mca_pml_ob1.so ... -lsocket -lnsl -lrt -lm -lc -xtarget=generic -xarch=sse2 ld: warning: global symbol `'' has non-global binding: (file .libs/pml_ob1_sendreq.o value=LOCL); ld: fatal: file .libs/pml_ob1_sendreq.o: section .symtab: symbol[108]: specifies string table offset 0x583e50: exceeds string table .strtab: size 0xb3b ld: fatal: File processing errors. No output written to .libs/mca_pml_ob1.so ...
