crossbow discuss - Jul 2010 - Bandwidth limits lower than 1.2Mbit/s

Has there been any progress regarding bandwidth limits lower than the 1.2Mbit/s?
I can''t find any information where Crossbow Phase 2 is at the moment...

It would be really interesting to investigate how the feature could be used for
spambot mitigation.

There are MTAs already doing things like this on the application level, but I
don''t think it scales as well. Another solutions is e.g. using iptables
under Linux. But I would rather go with Crossbow :-)
