[Xapian-discuss] Is set_default_op = OP_NEAR limited to 2 search terms?
I have issue when searching using more than 2 terms with set_default_op = OP_NEAR ... Are we limited to 2 terms maximum when using set_default_op = OP_NEAR ? Reproducing the issue: Search terms: "thomas bower phizer" http://myhealthcare.com/cgi-bin/search?q=thomas+bower+phizer&bool=near Software error: Exception: Can't use NEAR/PHRASE with a subexpression containing NEAR or PHRASE Search terms: "thomas bower" http://myhealthcare.com/cgi-bin/search?q=thomas+bower&bool=near OK -- Kevin Duraj http://myhealthcare.com

Could you file a bug please? This should probably work as the user had written: a NEAR b NEAR c Cheers, Olly
