Ocfs2 devel - Sep 2011 - How to contribute a patch for ocfs2/ocfs2-tool/ocfs2-test project?

Dear developers,
I want to contribute a patch for ocfs2-tool project, but I don't know
whether
I can also send a patch to this mail listing, if not, could you tell me how
to
do?

In addition, I haven't found latest ocfs2 git repos. Is the following right?

Hi Alex,

For ocfs2-tools patch, please send it to ocfs2-tools-devel at oss.oracle.com,
the current mail listing(ocfs2-devel) is used for ocfs2 kernel dev discussion
purpose.

and also, ocfstest-devel at oss.oracle.com is used for ocfs2 test suits
development.
