As a matter of fact, yes, but I haven't tested it much. Anyway, it is 
not necessary to do so. I have compiled it using the ordinary method 
(autogen.sh) to use with the ogg123 target.

Once you have something nice working, you might want to post a tarball 
to the list (or a url) in case others want to play with it.

BTW, if people do want the vorbis-tools pbproj in cvs, I don't mind 
that; I'd just rather see the traditional build method work.
