[theora] is --two-pass intended for target size only or also for better quality?
Hello, Can I achieve with --two-pass better quality for same size or --videoquality 5 is fine and I will not get any improvement? Thank you, Jiri

The first pass will determine at which quality settings to run the Theora encoder. Theora always gets the maximum quality out of a particular file size. It won't get better using two-pass encoding. -- Remco

It is a personal judgment. I did some tests and I feel that the two passes encoding is slightly better for the same filesize.
