Hi there, I had read somewhere that theora also has metadata stuff like id3 tags does for .mp3 . If yes, Is there a link where I can read more about the same? Also are there any end-user tools (GUI-based) which can do this ? If yes, links of those as well. Looking forward to hearing more on that. -- Regards, Shirish Agarwal My quotes in this email licensed under CC 3.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/ http://flossexperiences.wordpress.com 065C 6D79 A68C E7EA 52B3 8D70 950D 53FB 729A 8B17

It's pretty much like the format in Ogg audio files. For details see section 6.3.3 of http://theora.org/doc/Theora.pdf.> Also are there any end-user tools (GUI-based) which can do this ?I don't know if there are any gui editors. The oggz-comment command line utility will tag files. Most encoders (ffmpeg2theora, firefogg) will let you set the metadata when you encode though. -r
