[syslinux] SYSLINUX 3.20-pre20 released Final Prerelease

Hi all,

I have pushed out SYSLINUX 3.20-pre20 with the intent that it be the 
final prerelease for 3.20.  Please, if you have the opportunity, do test 
it out.

The only difference against 3.20-pre19 is that extlinux can now be built 
against klibc (1.4.26 or later.)

Unless I get a negative report I will release this as 3.20 either on 
Saturday or Monday.
