Speex dev - Jan 2008 - about the aec of speex under windows platform

some one complains that the aec modules of speex does not work under windows
platform,

yes, it does not work at all under windows platform if you use some sample rate,
such as 8kHz due to the SRC reason. but if you use some special sample rate, it
works fine. so to deal with the problem that aec modules of speex does not work
under windows platform, you can resample it from low frequence to high frequence
for output and  resample it again from high frequence to low frequence for
input. it's really simple and effective. trust me. i have done it.
