Hi All, I am looking for a way to allow users to dial *21*, followed by a number and the pound key. Asterisk must then divert all incoming calls to the user's extension to the number given. I got it right halfway using a tip from http://ns1.jnetdns.de/jn/relaunch/asterisk/page6.html. Thanks to whomever is the contributor of the above tip. Hi guys, I've had a sporadic problem recently with one of my users on our POTS line. About 1/3 of the time he dials a number (usually from a speeddial on his phone, I think), he'll get some phone company message (from the outside) about how the call could not be completed as dialed or something like that. However, the logs (and the console) always show the correct dialed digits.

When i try to dial a international number i keep getting a busy signal but i dont see anything on the asterisk console (-vvvvvvvvvc) like i do when i dial local or long distance numbers.
