Dovecot dsync mail replication issues
...but I've run into quite a number of problems while getting this to work. http://dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2012-March/064243.html ...was very useful and I've based my config on that. Initially I've tried to sync up the user Maildirs, and this has more or less worked: doveadm sync -u lyn remote:root at dustbowl.reub.net This succeeds without error on the initial sync. However if I try to run the re-sync again (such as a use case of if the sync of another Maildir takes 4 hours so I want to resync up the earlier ones again) I end up with a mysteriously named INBOX folder in both...

`acting' on variables
Dear list, How can one "from within a function" act on these variables ("outside" a function) that were given as arguments. If I have e.g. this beginning of a function: foo <- function(tiro){ app.tiro <- 3 * tiro [...] } How can I from within the curly brackets e.g. concatenate the app.tiro to the particular variable I passed as the argument `tiro' ? What is

Looking for a life-save LVM Guru
Dear All, I am in desperate need for LVM data rescue for my server. I have an VG call vg_hosting consisting of 4 PVs each contained in a separate hard drive (/dev/sda1, /dev/sdb1, /dev/sdc1, and /dev/sdd1). And this LV: lv_home was created to use all the space of the 4 PVs. Right now, the third hard drive is damaged; and therefore the third PV (/dev/sdc1) cannot be accessed anymore. I would like

HoltWinters() fitted values
Hi everyone, I'm using the HoltWinters() function to do a time series analysis. The function only returns the back fitted values ($fitted) after the first year of data, which is my case, is a little more than half. However, when I use the plot() function, it plots the back fit for almost the entire data set. Any ideas on how to extract the fitted values going all the way back to the start
