Hello, I have seen the Mitel 5055 SIP phone mentioned a few times on the list, does anyone have any wonderful or horrible things to say about it? We are thinking about using them because they have many more programmable buttons than the Snom200 phones and are about $70 cheaper. Thanks, MATT---

I copied sphinx2-simple to another file and changed sphinx2-continuous to sphinx2-server. So, I ran eagi-sphinx-test under asterisk. What exactly is it supposted to do? Hello, I am working on an outdial project and the Asterisk box is connected behind a PBX via SIP. When a call from the Asterisk box is routed out over the PRI attached to the PBX I am not getting proper call progress. The PBX is indicating that the call is answered while it is still ringing at the far end. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should go about waiting for a variable number

Is it possible to detect SIT tones on an outbound call? Specifically this is for an outbound call generated via a .call file over a PRI. I get answer supervision when the SIT tone starts and Asterisk believes this is a successful call. I'm using Asterisk 1.4.6. I am attempting to use a Mediatrix 1204 to interface to multizone paging from Asterisk. I have 4 different paging interfaces and want to connect each of those 4 to an FXO port on the Mediatrix.
