Any mountain clustering method in R?
...t each point I would like to localise the peaks of that topological surface. Which R algorithm can perform this? I see it as a clustering problem where the peak should be at the center of each cluster. Colour clusters in a 2d plot
R experts, I have three columns. c1 and c2 are numeric variables whereas c3 are the clusters classes (nominal variable, 10 different: cluster1, cluster2, cluster3, cluster4, cluster5 ....). I'd like to plot c1 against c2 (easy!) in a 2D plot and put different color depending to the cluster class automatically regardless the number of clusters. Could anyone give a hand? Finding local maxima (height) in a matrix data (6 spatial coordinates)?
Dear all, I wonder which R algorithm could perform a search of local maxima in an spatial grid, in other words, having the coordinates of a map (x,y,z... up to 6 coordinates) and then the altitude/height at each point (h) (in total 7 numerical variables) I would like to localise the peaks (local maxima) of that topological surface. Which R algorithm can perform this? Thanks a lot, Josep Maria,

How to plot arrows for a PLS plot with ggplot2?
...to do that with ggplot2 and override it to the previous scores plot? with geom_segment apparently you can do that, but how? Anyone can give me a clue? problem with Rcmdr
Hi!! My question is related to Rcmdr. I have Mac OS and I use R since more or less 1 year, not as an expert but I really like it. Now I want to install the Rcmdr package, I already downloaded it, but when I want to "charged" R tell me that it needed the tcltk package, so I downloaded it too but here is the problem... something happens that this packages it is not possible to

MoH does not de-attach
Hi We have a fairly simple Asterisk setup for a callcenter: around 10-15 operators running SIP softphones (X-Pro) and an Asterisk box connected to a E1 service using a Digium T100P, and to our legacy PBX (NEC) over a Digium TDM400P FXO interfaces. Everything is working except our Music on Hold after a transfer of an incoming call to our old PBX, that does not de-attach itself from the transfer.

Queue Abandoned and DND
Hi I'm using Ast 1.0.3, and managing a Queue for ACD. Our Callcenter supervisor uses Flash Operator Panel to see status of the Queue, and logged in Agents. All calls that stay to long in the Queue gets into a Voicemail, in order to have customer leave a message. 1. I see the Queue has a Completed and Abandoned counter. I have not found a exact definition of these, besides the obvius ones.

Asterisk Upgrade Path
Hi We have been experimenting with different versions of Asterisk, and found that the path to switch from one version to onother (say 1.0.7 to CVS for example) is somewhat unelegant, at least what we did: make make install and replace everything in your system. When you have problems with one version and switch to another, you start to wonder that maybe some leftover from a previous version
