no free space on root?
I recently upgraded from 7.1 to 7.2 and told it to upgrade my root filesystem (5gig) to Ext3. A while after that, I ran out of space. Directly after upgrading I had approximately 1.2gig free space. Thinking that I needed more space, I proceeded to create 3 extended partitions for /home, /usr and /tmp. Mounted them in /mnt, copied files..etc. All of these filesystems were le...

[XCP] [''NO_HOSTS_AVAILABLE'']... what?
...thing like: Async VM.start Slack64 13.1 #3[''NO_HOSTS_AVAILABLE''] I tried starting the hosts from the xsconsole and got the same results. I can''t find anything to indicate why this is happening. Whats really inconsistent is that at one point, I had built some identical 5Gig Slackware servers and out of 3... only the second would start, the 1st and 3rd would fail with the NO_HOSTS_AVAILABLE. Unfortunately, I was not able to live with such small space, so I deleted them, but had less luck on the second try. Best I can see, it appears to me that even though they are su...

Recommended partitioning for xen host
Is there a recommended partitioning for dom0? Here''s what I have planned. /swap 2GB /boot 100MB (ext3) / 5GB (ext3) xenmachines LVM volume group for the remaining diskspace dom0 will install in 5GB / and each domU will have a swap and root logical volume in "xenmachines" Thank you, _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list

...er quota mailbox=INBOX.Archives bytes=+5138022400 messages=+3900 These are wildly stupid quotas but they're just there to test. With INBOX already at capacity (byte-wise; only set to a meg), copying large messages inside INBOX.Archives fails (only copying a 800k message but the quota should be 5gig now). Again, before I post configs, I'm just curious if what I'm trying to do isn't remotely possible, or that I'm approaching this entirely wrongly. Thanks!

No ringing tone with IAXY (and other bits and bobs)
Hi! I'm really hope you can help me solve a little mystery, the mystery is probably just my misunderstanding ! sorry... I've got an iaxy talking to my * box which connects to two providers. I'm running the stable release of the pbx. The only thing is that when dialling from the iaxy the ringing tone isn't heard while calling someone - you just hear silence then, they either

programs through wine crashing
I put a new video card in a previously stable system, no other changes. Now WoW, Ventrilo, and City of Heroes all work for a little while then crash, sometimes with an error message, sometimes without. System: AMD Phenomx4, 5gig RAM Fedora core 10 x64, installed from disk, fully updated Wine 1.1.14, installed through yum New video card: Nvidia geforce 9800gt, 1gig memory Current video driver: Nvidia 180.29, installed as part of Fedora system updates. I saw the info on wineappdb about a memory allocation issue in Wine with...

RE: Asterisk-Users digest, Vol 1 #3413 - 14 msgs
...n these issues and why they exist? All in all, I was wondering what would be the best format for best quality but with still great compression. I want to archive all calls for a period of time with self expire. (For example dedicate 5 gig disk space to the last number of calls that can fit in the 5gig.) I want to store the best quality possible but also make best use of disk space, so I can store for even longer periods. I was considering ogg but then is occurred to me that GSM or other codecs designed for audio with this frequency response may be better. (But the GSM file above is not as clear...
