Looks like your tdb got corrupted. What version of Samba are you running?
In newer 2.2 releases this holds the printer_info_2 data for printer
objects (such as what driver is associated with it).
You'll have to delete the tdb and start over (shouldn't have to reupload
drivers though). Or restore it from a backup.
