I hope I''m not completely off-base here but is there a shop plugin for ruby/rails that means I don''t have to write the code for a shop from scratch? Can''t seem to find one... Thanks! Bex -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.
HI Bex, if a shop could be build by using a plugin, there weren''t so much webdeveloper on earth ;) There are a few shops on Rails: - www.shopify.com is a hosted service - http://www.busyashell.com/blog/articles/2006/06/19/ruby-on-rails-open-source-shopping-cart there will be a shop in open source soon - store.rb: http://trac.vaillant.ca/store.rb/wiki - RightCart is a shopping-cart you can include in your own website (http://rightcart.com) - http://dev.subimage.com/projects/substruct also an open source shop HTH, Beate
Thanks so much! I was a bit lost as to what I was looking for so those links were a brilliant help! Thanks again! Bex -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.
