R devel - May 2007 - Anova doesn't work in newer versions (PR#9712)

Dear Ladies and Sirs,

In the attachment you will find a script (+data) that could be executed
without an error or warning in previous R-versions like  V 2.2 but gives
an error message in newer
versions like 2.4.1 or 2.5.0. (on WINDOWS XP)

"Error in anova.glmmPQL(bu.lme) : 'anova' is not available for PQL
fits"

It may be, that former program versions didn't work precise enough and
thus the error message is correct. Perhaps you can help me.
