I have just uploaded the R port of the CODA (Convergence Diagnostics and Output Analysis) package to CRAN. This is a suite of functions for analyzing the output of Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulations and diagnosing lack of convergence of the simulated output. It is designed to work with (but is not necessarily limited to) the BUGS program: http://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/bugs/ I have made substantial changes to the original S code, not just to make the package run under R but to put the code on a more sound basis. The R version also includes a license change to GPL. I have tried to maintain the functionality of the original, while at the same time allowing experienced R users to free themselves from the menu driven interface. The graphics are a bit rough, but apart from that it works well in testing here. More testing and feedback from others is, of course, welcome. Since the R version is very different you should refer to the online help rather than the existing CODA manual.
