I've just found that this sample, when encoded with bitrate lower than about
48 kbps, has got some strange artifacts. According to that article →
https://people.xiph.org/~jm/opus/opus-1.2, I should tell you about it…
It sounds like Opus plays high frequencies up and it combines with that echo
effect.
