openssh unix dev - Dec 2018 - [PATCH] debug public key print

Hi all,

Attached is patch for feature to print the full public key of all
key-based login attempts when debug level is set to 1 or above. It was
written in the course of debugging/forensic analysis.

Looking for comments on merge worthiness.

Damien improved the patch to be handled earlier in the pipeline and to have
it's own dedicated buffer pointers etc.

Anyone have an objection to this being merged into master?
