openssh unix dev - Jan 2017 - Testing if OpenSSH Server is installed

Hi,
I'm trying to deploy OpenSSH remotely and I only want the client to be
installed. I've been using the command "setupssh-7.4p1-1.exe /S
/clientonly=1"  and it seems to be working but I'm trying to verify
that
the server hasn't been installed. Is there any easy way to test this?

The OpenSSH team does not supply Windows binaries nor packages so you
probably need to ask whoever made those.
