ogg dev - Oct 2013 - libfishsound: Computing frame number after seek

Hi All,

In the fishsound docs, it states that after seeking (with liboggz,) one
must both reset the codec state (fish_sound_reset) and the frame number
(fish_sound_set_frameno).

Please excuse my density but, how does one either recover or compute the
new frame number after the seek operation?
