nsd users - Jul 2014 - feature request: log serial on incoming notify

hi!

The current log message is:

  nsd[11023]: notify for test. from 83.136.34.4

It would be nice if it would be:

  nsd[11023]: notify with serial ... for test. from 83.136.34.4
