[Nouveau] [Bug 106368] New: nouveau timeouts on boot
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106368 Bug ID: 106368 Summary: nouveau timeouts on boot Product: xorg Version: 7.7 (2012.06) Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Linux (All) Status: NEW Severity: major Priority: medium Component: Driver/nouveau Assignee: nouveau at lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: starcraftmazter at gmail.com QA Contact: xorg-team at lists.x.org Created attachment 139289 --> https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=139289&action=edit dmesg I have just started using a new laptop (dell xps, 9560), and there seem to be some issues with nouveau. I have attached some preliminary data with dmesg and xorg logs on boot. The driver also crashes sometimes, but unfortunately I can't see to get any debugging info because my kernel is tainted (and I don't know why, afaik no prop drivers are present). I am working on getting that resolved. Thanks -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
