I might need to run nft from scripts and have it output the handle of the added
rule.
It would be nice if `nft add rule -a …` would display the handle of the new
rule, so I can use it later to delete that rule.

We're aiming at rule deletion by description, just like iptables, eg.

 nft add rule x y counter
 nft delete rule x y counter

I guess that would be good enough so we don't need this option. Agreed?
