nfq_udp_get_payload:
  udph->len is the length of packet, not the length of the UDP header.
  UDP header is a constant, which equals sizeof(struct udphdr).

nfq_udp_get_payload_len:
  pktb->tail - pktb->transport_header is the length of entire UDP packet,
  not the length of UDP packet payload.
