Hello list, i am using socklog [1], a small syslogd-replacement on debian sarge. I would like to use logcheck with it but i can't find a way to make logcheck use a logfile on stdin instead of a real file. piping through logcheck would be the "natural" way to use a logprocessor with socklog. Is there a way to circumvent the logtail-invocation besides changing /usr/sbin/logcheck itsself? (I could convince other logfile-processors to use stdin by passing - or /dev/stdin) Thanks, Henrik [1] http://packages.debian.org/testing/admin/socklog -- Henrik Heil, zweipol Coy & Heil GbR http://www.zweipol.net/
