[Logcheck-devel] Bug#489009: logcheck-database: smbd_audit ignore rule ignores everything
Package: logcheck-database Version: 1.2.66 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable The rule in /etc/logcheck/ignore.d.server/smbd_audit ignores everything. The reason seems to be missing grouping with regard to the pipe (|) operator. At the end of the rule you have |.+$, which effectively applies to everything. Greetings, Piotr -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.25.9-orbiter.x86-64.1 (PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=pl_PL.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=pl_PL.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash -- debconf information: * logcheck-database/rules-directories-note: logcheck-database/standard-rename-note: logcheck-database/conffile-cleanup: false
