Thanks for reaching out.
It is very likely that LLVM's mentoring organization will participate
in the next round of GSoC.
The way that usually works is that you can visit the open projects
webpage https://llvm.org/OpenProjects.html and get an idea what are the
possible projects. Note those projects are not targeted towards GSoC21
(as it assumes workloads cut in half in comparison to previous year).
Then you can reach out to the relevant people.
Alternatively, if you have a concrete project idea you can describe
it with a few paragraphs and send it to this list.
Either way, find a project and a mentor early is crucial for success.
