There is a section at the Command Line documentation with the header
"Dynamically Adding Command Line Options" but it is empty:

It seems that the placeholder has been there since 2002
(https://reviews.llvm.org/rL3095).

I guess it probably intended to include a static local variable example.

// llvm/tools/llvm-readobj/llvm-readobj.cpp has an example.
